USING RFID TECHNOLOGIES TO TRACK AND MANAGE YOUR RECORDS

Office interiors can help you use RFID technologies to track the location of your physical records.

We place RFID tags on each of your folders so they can be read with our RFID readers. This can be done with a standard RFID label or our special color coding labels that include RFID tags.

We can set up check-in / check out stations in your file-room to check important folders out to individual users. You can also use portable data collectors to reconcile record locations away from the file room or to do location reconciliations.
